When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.

I started Carolina Sun Counseling Services PLLC because I wanted to create counseling environment that supports people from all backgrounds. I believe people have the inner strength to improve themselves and their relationships with others. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health therapy. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a welcoming space to individuals, families, and couples. 

My focus is to help individuals heal and progress through identifying their inner strengths. This is accomplished by providing an open space to hear your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to help you achieve your goals. I am also a LGBTQIA+ allied therapist so I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to everyone who comes to see me.
